She got her start in sales after graduating college, but wanted to take command over my schedule and generate more income. In 2007, she got her real estate license and started selling properties for a large real estate company. Within a few months she closed her first sale and her excitement and entrepreneurial instincts drove her to launch her own real estate business, however, her dreams were put on pause when the market crashed. She found herself in a great deal of debt.

Binika continued to push forward, and over time, she recovered. She pushed aggressively to close deals and saved enough to purchase her first rental property. With the profit from her rental property and her sales skyrocketing, she started to think about what it would be like to own and operate her own real estate company. In 2013 and only 32 years-old, she founded Heritage Real Estate, a full service real estate and property management company.
